Towing

No commercial vehicles can be parked overnight in the community.

Any vehicle not parked in a valid parking space or in a unit assigned parking space without the unit owner's permission is subject to being towed.

Water shut off procedures

If you need the water for your building turned off, you must make arrangements with the manager at least two days in advance so all building residents can be notified.

 

Personal Insurance

All unit owners should have insurance for their unit and their personal property.

The Association only carries insurance for the common areas for which it is responsible.

 

Pets

No dogs are allowed within any unit.

No pet should be left loose to roam around the property.

 

Renting

No unit purchased after 10/15/2002 can be rented out.

 

Plumbing

If you have a water leak, please try and stop the leak first.  Secondly, report the leak using the information at the top of the General Information section on this page.  If the leak is caused by something the unit owner is responsible for maintaining, please have if fixed immediately. The association will not have these types of repairs performed.

 

Please do not dispose of household grease and other household items down the drain; doing so can clog the plumbing system. Please place these items in the garbage.

 

Garbage

Please place all garbage inside of the dumpsters. Items left outside of the dumpsters will not be picked up.

Construction debris CANNOT be placed inside the dumpster.  That results in a $250 fee to remove the debris and

that will be passed along to the resident responsible for the illegal dumping.

Mattresses and other furniture items cannot be left by the dumpsters.  

 

Washers/Dryers 

Are NOT ALLOWED in your condominium.  If they are found, you will be fined and forced to remove them.

Neither our electrical system nor our sewage can support individual appliances in the units.
